Our story
A borrowed summer, somewhere with no winter.
In Japan there's a word for the mild days that turn up late in the year, after the cold has already set in — a short, unearned stretch of warmth nobody planned for.
小春 — Koharu
Literally little spring. That late, out-of-season warmth — and the feeling we're after: something small and warm, handed over hot, on an ordinary afternoon.
